Randy's Jalepeño Ham & Cheese croissants have always been a favorite of mine. I cannot believe how terrible what I received today was: I paid over $7 for a Jalepeño Ham & Cheese croissant, and over $60 for my entire order. (This is why I hate ordering delivery—restaurants are careless, especially for delivery orders. They get your order incorrect 80% of the time {in my experience} and on top of not being able to get your correct order, you are charged fees and delivery). I was given a plain ham and cheese croissant, not Jalepeño, which I personally don't care for. Extremely disappointed considering how much I love this item. To add insult to injury, the pastry I received implies, in my opinion, that the employee who made it does not care about their job. The croissant had two tiny, bunched up and hard pieces of ham, just on one side of the croissant, and no cheese inside. It was extremely bland, not what I ordered, and absolutely not worth any amount of money. I threw it away after one bite. I will be purchasing from Randy's munch less often because after this experience, I no longer trust their standards and I won't always have the opportunity to quality check my order. And I shou

I'm from New Zealand so don't know much about the donut scene in America but I love donuts. Ive seen the Randy's sign in movies etc and was driving past this shop recently and I doubled back, I had to try them out.. Well... Is Randy's my new favourite when I'm in the US now, those other big brands don't even come close. I stepped into the shop and was immediately greeted by a great couple of guys, so kind and patient as I was overwhelmed at the selection and then couldn't make up my mind (I bet I'm not the only one) anyhow I bought 3 donuts and I couldn't wait to get back to my hotel to eat them. 10/10 team, the shop was so clean, the parking was just a few feet away, the beautiful selection immense and your lovely staff. I always stay in this area, so you guys are my go-to now and you're in my favourites. Take care and thank you once again, top marks, Randy's Donuts, Torrance.

This location only has outdoor seating but it is a great spot. The selection of donuts is diverse, fun, & tasty. DIEGO and ANNABELLE are wonderful store associates and were working hard keeping the place very clean. Overall very welcoming atmosphere & good donuts with great staff, I would recommend this location to others

Hello!! Randy's donuts lovers here! We frequent the Torrance location and always have a great experience. Unfortunately today 2/14/26 We had a terrible experience with a young lady by the name of Kaylonnie G. She was rude, unprofessional from the moment we entered to paying she had an attitude that she did not want to help. Didn't greet let alone thank us and due to her not putting the lid on correctly on our box our donuts fell on the ground. She didn't apologize blamed us and walked away. A young gentleman came over and gave us a fresh box of donuts and was very pleasant. We love Randy's and have never had an issue with any of the employees. Randy's has always held a standard when it comes to customer service and Unfortunately this young lady did not represent that. We only hope Randy's continues to thrive in customers service.

Randy's donuts in the city of Torrance. On Hawthorne boulevard and skypark This one you have to walk in to get your donuts.🍩 And this one has an outdoor seating Patio And it's a very clean place inside. And they're only open till 8 PM.
